Is the Resizer Not Working?

Is the Resizer Not Working?

I just resized 14 pics and not a single one has been emailed to me, even though it said that the resizing procedure was completed and emails were sent. Anyone else having problems?

I'm having problems with the quality of the picture after the resizing.

Coming out all smudgy which I can't figure out how to get clear.
