What are your guests doing between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the reception? I feel like it's a lot of time between the two...

Is your ceremony a ceremony or full mass and how far is it from OWG? Also how far is OWG from your RH?

I don't think you'll need three hours from ceremony to OWG.

my schedule is: church ceremony at 3pm-abt 330 and CH at 730 too. I was scared it was too much time also, but everyone (Photographer) keeps telling me don't change a thing, it's perfect.

The only way I think to make is less hectic would be to take your pictures before the ceremony, that's if you don't mind seeing each other. That's what we're doing and it also saves money because you don't need photo and video for as many hours..

I think it's fine. it is identical to my day of schedule, except our CH starts at 7:00pm and we are having a hospitality room for our guests at the hotel between the end of the ceremony and the start of cocktail hour.
