Be honest - I had to let go of a BM - who is my cousin - I told her I love her and I explained why I was getting rid of her. I also noted the many chances I gave her - and told her I still wanted her to be at the ceremony and reception.

well its definitly a very difficult situation. Just be calm and speak in a nice tone of voice. i needed to get rid of my cousin from my BP and the conversation started out okay then turned nasty. So it really depends on how your cousin takes the news. Good Luck and sorry youre in this situation.

Hmmmm I'm sure there is a nice way....but since you're wedding is less than 2 months away, let me ask you- is this regarding a BM or a GM? If it's a BM and she's already bought her dress, shoes etc., I think I wouldn't take them out of the BP....unless they've REALLY screwed up and did something that bad....if it's a GM it's a little different, b/c let's face it, there's a little less commitment involved for guys in a BP then there is for the girls. Good luck with your situation!! I hope it turns out ok.

thank you ladies!!!! I am so torn about this!!! It is one of my MOH's - she begged for a second chance a few months back - and like a dope I gave it to her!

Oh boy! so she screwed up already huh? that's rough......considering you gave her a 2nd chance, it might make it even worse to take her out now when you're so close to your wedding day. I'm so sorry you have to agonize over something like this, when she's your MOH! she should be helping, not making things difficult!!

I don't get it. Why would you need to get someone out of your BP?
