They have one on the knot too. I haven't used either so I can't really say which is better. Have you tried just using excel?

I use excel - but then i took the time to put them all into the place here because once you have your list typed into the guest list part - you can use the AWESOMELY WONDERFUL seating chart feature....

If i didn't have that - i would've killed SEVERAL trees by this point....

The one here is okay but it ***** cause even if I put people in the 'Will not attend' section, theyre still included in the headcount. I wish it would minus those people from the list. So Im all confused with the numbers. It also says theres one more person that Im not counting. I counted over and over and I keep getting one less.

Send a message to client services. Maybe there's a glitch.

what i did - is if i got a no - i deleted them completely. i still have my list in excel with details...but for seating reasons - i took them out f this site.

Try and get someone to set up an excel spreadsheet for you. I had my fh do it for me cause I have no clue how to use it either and now I just open it and plug in all my info. it is the best way to do it in my opinion

I'm using the knot one as well because it lets you fill in addresses, rsvps, table seating, gifts received etc Plus you can export the whole list right into an excel spreadsheet and even do a mail merge from there.
