Is there a half up thread?

I need some pics! I have fairly long hair, I do not necessarily want a complete updo but i llike how my shoulders look in the dress and i would like my hair pulled so it is all cascading on my back but does not come in the front. I want soft waves/curls... very romantic looking. Anyone have any clue what I mean? Any pics? Any threads I can go to??? help! TIA

Well here is the thing... i don't think i want a headpiece... maybe stephanotis in my hair or something! I wish I could draw, I would draw it LOL
