for questions to ask when going to meet with the RH? I have my meeting tomorrow to set my menu and was wondering if there is anything I need to ask.....

Hmm, it seems that this is a general guide for questioning a hall when you first go to meet with them but maybe it will help you?
make sure to ask, if you are unsure about your final head count, when they need the final amount in by.
inquire about policies on feeding the vendors-- a lot of times they give a discount-- especially if it is a recommended vendor.
if you are unsure about any of the items on the menu and what to pick-- ask your BM or whoever you meet with what they would recommend you choosing-- only b/c they eat that food all the time and they know what is great and what is just OK- what people RAVE about and what they think is 'average'
