Is there a way to find out how much a

house sold for? We had a house on our block go on and off the market really fast. The selling price seemed high for this area and the house was smaller than ours. I'm just trying to get an idea of what the houses on my block are worth.

Our real estate agent had access to a website that listed the prices houses sold for. I still ask them to check for me sometimes when a nearby house sells.

Thanks!! But it didn't close yet, I believe its conditional contract.

I have to look at the number of the house tomorrow...it's on Donald Lane in Ossining NY

Try HoulihanLawrence.com. It may take a little while, but it may end up there. They have all the MLS listings for Westchester and Putnam.

We thought about Ossining, but ended up buying in Brewster. We're moving up there soon.

Welcome to Westchester Tracy!! The fall out here is gorgeous, definitely less traffic, but I do miss LI beaches!!

And I found the house. It listed for $485,000 but the actual sale price will not be there until the sale is complete.
