There should be! What kind of of chocolate are you talking about? For baking? Or regular eating?

i know when chocolate starts to get that whitish film on it it's not as fresh. But I don't think it really goes bad

it takes a while for it to go bad....i think!!! it does have a long shelf life, but you have top watch!!!

chocolate does indeed go bad but after about 3 months. they can grow moldy. for best taste, it's best not to store in the fridge too - hence the 3 months. i saw this on Unwrapped on Food Network or something

I think you should send out samples to all of us.-Just to make sure your guests will like them.

I think they say that when it starts to get the white coating it's starting to go bad.

But I'll taste test it for you if you want!!

But in how long of a period? days? months? years?

Here is the reason I ask.... Most of you know that the other day it was like 2am and I was eating these limited edition cherry filled herseys kisses...(christmas candy)..and I thought it would be great to put them in my favor boxes..being that they are so rare to find and taste yummy...so i brought like 7bags the other day (they were on clearance)...and I want to know if I store them for 6mths will they go bad?

Re: Is there an expiration date on?

there must be an expiration somewhere on those bags... I'd be more worried about the cherry part than the chocolate....

Those things are sooo good! I don't know how long they will last, but they would be great if they do.
