Is there any way to stop the 25 emails that I recieve on a daily basis from wedding vendors? I know it is supposed to be helpful, but it's kind of starting to annoy me. I had to set my blackberry so that it no longer alerts me when I recieve an email because it was going off all day!!
Also I can deal with the emails because I can go through them and delete them, but now vendors are calling my cellphone.

OMG- I kept getting phone calls from vendors too! When I went to a bridal salon- there was some sort of form with what I haven't booked yet- My sister wrote I haven't done anything so I was getting calls all day long. (yes I wanted to kill her)
Finally they stopped on their own- but It was very annoying and turned me off.
The e-mails stopped on their own too- but most of the ones I received had a message on the bottom to unsubscribe from their mailing list.

cannot agree with you more! so annoying!
I have just started shoving everything into my spam folder but they are endless. I haven't seen any repeat offenders so hopefully it will die down soon.

A lot of them come from signing up on here. You can change your e-mail settings for your account to have vendors stop contacting you.

If I remember correctly, I think I clicked the unsubscribe link on one of the e-mails and it brought me to this site and a page to unsubscribe.

It is really annoying!!! I just put an e-mail address that I don't really use so that I don't flood my primary e-mail with LIW vendor e-mails!

i made up a wedding email...
they def do die down though after a bit....then after you sign with your RH, you may get flooded with calls from the reccomended vendors....just a heads up!

Just did this and it worked... brought me back to this site and it said I was now unscribed from all vendor emails.

that's soo annoying. I get a million emails and post cards in the mail daily. It all started after going to a bridal show case. then it got even worse after giving davids bridal my info which apparently they're notorious for the spam mail.

Oh yea.. I forgot about the postcards. I've never gotten so much mail in my life.

Usually on the bottom of the email it says that if you want to unsubscribe to their emails, email blah blah blah. See if that helps....
