You can start taking prenatal vitamins several months before you ttc.

Yes. You'll need to have sex.

Seriously, though... discuss this with your GYN on your next visit. He/she will recommend when to stop taking BCP (if you take them) and start you on prenatal vitamins, etc.

Shamma posted a whole bunch of info. on this not too long ago. She's full of info!!

You can start now if you want. They are very good for your hair and nails.

If not, start them no later (I think) than 3 months before.

I wanted a honeymoon baby too.

I went off the pill 3 months before and started prenatals 3 months before also.

It worked out great

I found the pic of them on Google. My best friend had them for her daughter. So precious!
