Is there anything that can be done about the false
vendors on here and the lurkers? I was just wondering. Does anyone think it is an invasion of our privacy for vendors to have access to the whole forum. I thought they just had access to the vendors area.

It's a public forum, everyone has access to everything.
I am sure they want to read reviews of themselves, just as we do about them.

the whole world has access to the forums... and even if it was made so that a login/password was required, there'd be nothing to stop a vendor from getting one... I would just be careful about what personal information you divulge, and if you have something bad to say about a vendor - say it if its true, other brides may benefit from your experience - thats the point of these boards!

It's a public forum...
i think that people need to understand that anything they write on here can be read by ANYONE. just to read posts, a person does not even have to sign up for liw. so even if a vendor isn't 'signed up' with an liw account, he/she can read the posts....
i don't see how we could change that without making this a pay site!

But anyway I was just wondering because Im noticing alot of vendors posing to be brides on here. I know its a public forum but it looks like they would have some type of guidelines but oh well. Anything that I do say if it is negative or postitive if is always from experience.

I dont really think its an invasion of privacy really... Honestly if I have a bad experience with a vendor, I'll tell them to their faces, so if I say it on here and they read it, its the same thing pretty much..
I think theres more harm in FH stalking me on here than anything! 'You said WHAT about my pen!s????!?!?'
Either way you think about it, theres WAAAAAY more brides on here anyway... Theres only so many vendors, even if theyre faking it... There will always be more of US muuahhhahahah
