i think it depends on where it is shipped from and to. like if it is in the same state they add it. not sure....something like that...it think all i know is that some places dont add it.

I thought S&H was a flat fee and the sales tax is for the actual item. B/c When i shop online, certain sites I am not charged any tax at all and just a fee for S&H. It's a service charge.
