is this a cold.....Have you ever felt like this???

I have no fever, no cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, etc.

I am EXTREMELY achy! Like an in my bones ache.
It started monday around my neck, upper back. I figured it was from teaching aerobics.
But by last night my entire upper body was KILLING ME...a dull achy pain. They I got a killer headache and was so fatigued. (I thought it was the damp weather)

The killer headache went away, now it's mild...but I am still soooooo achy. My entire body feels so weak and painful.

Is it a cold I am fighting???

Are you taking any medication that this may be a side effect of?

It could be a cold....but those are also the symptoms of Strep throat when it's first coming on....

Get some rest and if you're not feeling better in a day or so....def. call you Dr.

I think a bunch of us felt like this last week. There was a thread on it. I wonder if there is a virus going around.

That's how I feel when I am about to get really sick. I usually take some tylenol, extra vitamin c, drink extra fluids and try to take it a bit easy. If that doesn't help after a day or so - I usually need an antibiotic and go to the doctor.

Maybe a sinus infection? When you push on the top part of your nose and under your eyes, does it hurt?

I dunno but I do hope you feel better soon. Get lots of rest and lots of fluids.

You could have over exerted yourself and not really known it. Stress, low vitamins.. something just off. Or you could be fighting something off and not know it.

Still I always recommend rest.

Again
Feel better Jenny

Sounds more like the flu starting. Or something like that.

Drink a lot of fluids, have some soup, get some rest, and stay warm.

Hope you feel better soon!!

Thanks girls. Yeah, I think I am in denial. I think I am fighting a cold. I teach 2 times a day most days a week, go out in sweaty clothes, get up early, and work until 8 or 9pm. And my FH parents were just both sick (we live with them). I think I am trying sooooooooooo hard to fight off a cold.

And the irronic thing is next week I was going to get the flu shot. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I can't get sick! I am gonna beat it!!!

I felt like this last week. Soooo achy and as fast as it came on..it went away. So odd.

My brother had strep throat and I was around him so maybe it was just my body fighting it off..not sure.

Hope you feel better!
