i don't know how your skin is but i think you should do it a bit before then...i have sensitive skin and when i got a facial i broke out for like a week.
i always break out for a few days after a facial. I would do it at least a week or so before.
ok, imgoing to swap that out of my spa package....any reccomendations? I am getting a swedish massage, mango body exfoilation, someting with my feet - and now __________________ i must fill in the blank!
Nope! If I were you, i'd give it at least a week or two...they say facials actually can make you more prone to break outs, so you want to have a grace period just in case...

They say it gives you a glow..and I guess maybe after the breakouts are gone you're skin looks nice...or maybe it's purifying, so it gets out all of the underlying pimples?

i got a scalp massage once... it was great. feels sooo good! but not every spa offers it.
You should get a hot stone massage and a spa pedicure!! You should also take me with you for these services and pay for me to have them also.

sometimes they are... other times they aren't. can never hurt to ask! they gave me a good deal a couple times.
There is a woman there though that you do not want to get! I wish I could remember her name! When it comes to me I will FM you. She does nothing but talk the entire time she is massaging you... it is terrible cause she uses her hands to talk... so its more like a rub with 1 hand at a time... not a massage![]()

I've heard that that is NOT a good idea. I've never had one though, so I'm not really telling you anything based on experience..just on other's experiences. That really didn't help much, did it? lol
