$107.00 for a two layer 42' and 88' center-gathered veil with pencil edging trim.
I have no idea what to expect to pay for a veil???

Sounds really good to me. Where are you getting it from?

Re: Is this a good quote for a veil?
I got a quote at the levittown flea market for a custom made 2 teir fingertip length, embroidery and some pearls and rheinstones for $80.
I did not order it yet, so it's not set in stone. But it's worth checking it out, if you are near there. They have about 3 or 4 booths for bridal

The qoute is from the veilshop.com as a custom veil. I know I've heard of people talk about the Tri-County flea market. Is that in the one in Levittown?

I bought my veil from the tri county flea market - 100.00 for a two tier (one is removable cathedral length) plain edge with a few rhinestones so that sounds like a good price to me....

Try Patchogue Flora/Fantasyland they are really reasonable and have a nice selection. I also think they can create one to your specifications.

Thanks for the suggestions.... I guess i really have to wait until the end of next month when my dress comes in to see what color veil I should buy anyway.

Girls do they do crystals in the veils rather than rhinestones - the reason I ask is that rhinestones often turn black in photos so if I get one with anything I think I want the crystals but not sure what a good deal for that would be.
