I have a very similar package and mine was $1800, so that sounds reasonable to me!

For that price you should also be getting chapters, not everyone includes them so I would double check.

i'm getting 5 dvds, 30 baby photos, no graphics or animation, full ceremony and cocktail hour coverage, editing, recap and starting at my house for $1050!!!
i think that is WAY overpriced!!! the ONLY thing i'm not getting is the animation, which i wouldn't want. and he's letting me help with the editing if i want.
too much money!!!

I've seen some terrible wedding videos and I don't know what they cost, but I feel comfortable paying more money to a vendor that I know is going to produce a product up to my standards. My brother used the same company as I will be using and his video is amazing. Just the piece of mind knowing that I will be happy with the only document of the day is worth the money to me. In my opinion, prices are totally subjective - what one person thinks is expensive is not to someone else. Go with what feels right to you.
