Is this bad?????? UPDATED-CALLED HALL

Tonight is my final appointment at the hall. I am supposed to bring final payment, favors, and all reception items. However, I am not done with all the favors and menus aren't done yet. So I am not bringing anything. Just going to do final payment, bring placecards, final head count and figuring what we'll get to make up for not meeting our minimum.

Will I get 'in trouble'?!?!?

Aside from not having everything ready, FH is not 'comfortable' with leaving things there so 'early' before the wedding.

I plan on going to drop everything off next Monday, w/ FH.

*UPDATE*
I called the hall, they said NO problem. To come in tonight w/ final head count, floor plan and final payment. The girl said 'Don't worry about the placecards, favors and such, just come in tonight with the papers'

Ahhhhhhh, MUCH better now!!

I agree with Lauren. Best to do everything in ONE drop to lessen confusion, etc.

I agree with the others...Luckily with our stuff, FT didn't need us to drop it all off til the Tuesday before the wedding

I see your update so I'm glad that everything worked out. I was going to tell you not to worry. I know all halls are different but there is no need to drop off all your items this early. I made my final payment on May 7 and didn't drop off all my items including the floor plan until 4 days before the wedding. I wouldn't want my stuff stored there for that long anyway. You should be fine.

Glad you didn't get in trouble! Anna frightens me. so I would've been nervous too...My mom and I call her the dragon lady...

Thats great, puts your mind at ease! Finish up those little details though, you don't want to be stressing a couple of days before the wedding!

I wish I had seen this before...I would have told you that you have plenty of time. We didn't even do the final until the week before. Dropped off the favors 2 days before. You are fine!!
