I called a vendor on here two Weeks ago to set up an appointment, and the only time they had was for tomorrow at 2:30. Unfortunately I got a new job, and have to work. I called them today to set up another appointment, and the next available is Aug 24 That is so far away. I have not experience this from any vendor I have gone to, and I have been to a lot.

Honestly it depends upon the vendor. If it is makeup or hair they may have other jobs and or things to do. It would not surprise me in the least that they could not see you until 8/24.

I am not surprised. I am fortunate that summer school ends next Friday and I called THIS week to book appointments for the last two weeks in August for florists. Remember, we are still in the height of wedding season. I am sure they are quite busy.

I know who you are talking about. I thought the first date was really far in advance! WOW! That is a bit crazy. Did they say that your wedding date is still open? They are good, but I think it depends on how soon you really want to have this booked.
