Is this dress too old/mature looking for my Jr. BM?

My Jr BM will be 12 by the time I get married and stands about 5' tall.

The dress will be in black and when my sister and friend tried it on, I felt it looked more youthful than it appears on the model in the photo.

So, do I have her wear the same gown as my BMs or start looking for another gown for the Jr BM?

Gorgeous dress, but I have to agree with everyone else. It is a little too mature for a 12 year old.

love the dress!!! but definitely too mature. what about the dress without the jacket ( or at least a shorter jacket) and with straps if the dress is strapless.

Its very nice but I do agree you should find something else since the girls are only 12.

At first I started to say yes, but I was thinking about it and 12 would be a 7th grader. I was thinking about most 12 year olds and they dress much more mature for their age these days. It is a pretty conservative and elegent dress so I would say if it looks good on her I would say go for it.

I like the dress but too mature for a twelve year old. I think she could look lost and matronly. If you could get it without the jacket I think it would be nice for a younger girl though.
