They went above and beyond for my bridal shower and everything so far for the wedding. I want to know if this is enough:

In addition, I am paying for hair and makeup the day and their hotel room the night before.
I think I want to buy them day of jewelry. I found this topaz and gold bracelet with the matching earrings.
What for you think?

Well they paid for half of the shower and FH thinks I should be more generous.
We actually almost got into it. He said I should give them back what they paid for the shower and I disagree because I am doing alot for them.
He doesnt get it, he said he is paying for the groomsmen tux rental!!! So I think maybe I should add something else.
he thinks that any amount of money spent is too much.

I think those gifts are AMAZING. Plus you are paying for their hair and makeup.
IMHO you are very generous to get them DOJ, but its not needed. I have found, just by listening to the girls on the board, that BM's are not so hot on getting DOJ as the ONLY 'gift' since they almost never wear it again.
The bracelets sound beautiful and sounds like it something they can and will wear again. But its not needed. Your gifts are so lovely already.

I wonder if FH's understand whats involved when being in a wedding. I explained to him that I am not making them buy a specific shoe..I just want strappy silver sandals and the dress was only $90.
