I have a wedding to go to MArch 31...I really like this dress, but its 'oatmeal.' Too close to white right?

That's a hard one...i guess if you are thinking it's too close, then it is probably too close...it is a shame though because that dress is hot...does it come in any other colors?

I agree. If you are thinking it's too close it probably is. Better to be safe than be looked at all night.

It is a beautiful dress, but I'm not sure I would wear it to a wedding. It is kinda close to ivory. I'm not sure, but I love the dress!

i agree. in my honest opinion, if another girl wore that to my wedding i would a lil upset. and i would also not expect that from another bride to be!

If 'oatmeal' is dark enough to be considered tan or nude or a color like that I say sure... But if its more on the ivory side I really wouldnt to be honest with ya

It's really pretty...I don't know if I would do it though...I think it's a little close to Ivory If you're having any doubts you better not...Better safe than sorry...lol

very pretty dress...if you really like it ...I'd say buy it when you get it if you think it is to close to white for the wedding then wear it to your RD...

I think it's inappropriate, but not becuase of the color... rather becuase it's a summer dress, and the wedding is in the end of march! you'll freeze your tooshie off, and may look out of place (unless the wedding is in florida or something)....

The color is close to ivory, but the wide black sash definitely provides enough color to distinguish you from the bride. In this situation, why not ask the bride herself?
