Is this invitation wording 'Wrong?'

Is this invitation wording 'Wrong?'

I want to have both parents names on my invitation but want the invitation to come from FI and I. I have tried and tried and we seem to agree on the following BUT am not sure if it is 'Wrong' to include our last names AND parents last names, should it just be our first and middle names? I HATE the way it looks without our last names, opinions????This is what it looks like (also should it be 'As they are united in marriage' or as 'We' are united in marriage, I have looked at this for so long, none of it is making sense now!!!!!

Jane Ann Doe
and
John Paul Smith
together with our parents
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Doe
and
Mr. and Mrs. Sean Smith
request the honour of your presence
as they are united in marriage
etc.......

I think it would be 'together with their parents' to correspond with 'as they are united in marriage'.

How about something a little different...

Together with their parents
Jane Ann Doe
and
John Paul Smith
invite you to share in the joy
when they exchange marriage vows
and begin their new life together
on Saturday, the 10th of October
Two thousand and four
at xxxxx in the afternoon
