Is this necklace too much for my dress?

Is this necklace too much for my dress? I bought it but now I'm second guessing myself. The flowerly vineing flow of the necklace matches the work on the bodice of the dress. I'm wondering if the sleeves all the way up to the neck area and the necklace will be too much.

Now I'm thinking maybe i'll either be better off with a small pendant, or no necklace at all.

Opinions please!

I love your dress, and the necklace is also gorgeous. But I think it might not go so well with that neckline. I would say none at all, or maybe something that hangs like a strand of pearls, not dangle-y.

Both the necklace and gown are beautiful. I think it depends on how low the necklace hangs. If the drop is very close to the neckline, I would go with a similar scoop necklace w/out the hanging piece.

I say go with a small pendent - you want all the attention on your dress - I think this necklace will draw peoples attention away from your beautiful dress - JMO good luck

The dress is beautiful! The necklace is beautiful as well. I think I would also go for a smaller, tighter choker type necklace for this dress. The neckline is beautiful!!!!!!!!!

The dress and the necklace are gorgeous but do you want your jewelry to compliment your dress as in pearls to match your dress or compete with it...I say try it on and judge then, either way you won't go wrong.

I love the necklace.....very elizabethan...

I would, however, worry about it catching on the 'illusion' material. Maybe an invisible strand pendant, or the Illusion strand sprinkling of pearls would be nice. JMHO

BTW your dress is lovely

I think, it will look really nice. It should not touch the tip of the dress. If it fits like a chocker it would look perfect.
