Is this normal?

The place where I bought my dress (in PA) told me that the dress is expected to come in 'sometime in December'. I asked for a better estimate than that, since I will have to make special travel arrangements to come and see it. Well, my contact there said, 'we can never confirm an exact delivery date. what we can do is let you know closer to december when the gown will actually be shipped from the manufacturer.'

I don't know - I'm just nervous...I am looking for a better answer than that, but is this the norm when it comes to dresses?

No only did they do that formy dress,but also for the bm dresses

As the date gets closer, they should be able to give you a more exact delivery date, though.

yes b/c there are other factors invloved that they can't control- so I can see why she wouldn't want to give you an exact date

shipping, the holiday slow down
