I think it's too short... tea length would work better. I love the color and the sleeves though.

Re: is this ok for a BM dress?
janna, i'm just not a fan of this dress. then again i'm in a rotten mood lol. i don't think it's dressy enough if that makes sense. i feel it looks like something i'd possibly wear to work or on a date

JMO, it doesn't really look 'bridesmaidy' to me. Its a nice dress, I just wouldn't pick it for my bridal party.

What about something from Ann Taylor's celebration collection or Jcrews?

Re: is this ok for a BM dress?
it doesnt seem dressy enough for a BM dress and the sleeves remind me of old lady dress sleeves, sorry.

dont think it looks like a bridesmaid dress .... if you want something more practical why dont you try tea length strapless dresses.... those always come in handy! the simpler the better!

The color is pretty. I def. think you should check out Ann Taylor and Jcrew...I believe they were mentioned before. And Jim Hjelm and Lazaro have tea lenght dresses that the girls can totally wear again and they are not that expensive

Word. My sister was in a wedding where the bride picked a color and fabric from the J Crew bridal collection (it was chocolate brown so definitely one you'd wear again), and then the girls could choose any dress they wanted.
It was definitely a way to guarantee they'll wear the dresses again. Maybe something like that?

Re: is this ok for a BM dress?
I just noticed in another post that you said your BMs have REALLY different body types...maybe the idea of having them choose their own style but in the same color is a way to address that? That's what I'm doing...just a suggestion!
