I had a panic attack in my sleep last night. I was dreaming that it was the day of my wedding, nothing was going wrong, but I was soooooo nervous that it actually woke me up out of a dead sleep and I felt the way I was feeling in my dream. I actually had to talk myself down and tell myself it is not the day of my wedding and everything will be okay. But now I am so scared that this is how I will feel on the real day, what if I have a panic attack, should I consider taking something?

I get like that sometimes with my dreams...notabout the wedding yet...but it does happen. I wouldn'tworry too much about it at this point. there is still a lot of time before the wedding, and you'll probably calm down by then...

it's normal to be nervous and apprehensive even this early because soo much work needs to be done and it seems overwhelming. i wouldnt worry about having anxiety attacks during your ceremony at this point because by then everything will be planned and set to go and most of the worry is over. just take deeep breaths and let in the oxygen and you will be ok.

Yes totally normal I wake up with night sweats really bad n with hives that can i say really are good they ictch like hell

Don't worry Jess...that will not happen to you on your wedding day so you do not have to take any meds. Dreams are weird...I'm sure the wedding is what has been on your mind the most. That's pretty much all I think about. I have dreams too where I wake up and it seemed soooo real. I have dreamt that one of my family members died and actually woken up crying!!

I had a nightmare the other night that my flowers were delivered to the church and all the arrangements were made out of broccoli and asparagus....
