So now that my wedding is getting closer im worried about Aunt Flo paying a visit on either my wedding day or honeymoon!
well.....the way it works out to avoid getting my period on BOTH occasions, I will have to skip my period two months in a row. Ive skipped one before, but never 2.
Do you ladies think its safe to skip my period 2months in a row??
Thanks, sorry if its TMI

I am 100% worried about this also !!!!!!!! It would ruin my day ... but then again , sometimes we have no control over it !!!!!!!!! Not always a good thing to mess with your body !!!!!!! To me, if it happens, it will happen !!!!!!!!!!!

Talk to your dr. The sister was worried about that for her wedding and he helped her out with skipping. I think it's actually safe to skip even 3, so you should be ok.

Ask you doctor, but I was told I can skip up to 3 with no problems. But of course, you could have a different medical history than me, so run it by your doctor first!

I have skipped two months in a row without any problems. I wouldn't skip any more than that!!

how are you going to skip it? does it happen naturally or do you do something to miss it?

I'm worried about this too, but I would never go on the pill specifically to do this, or if I was already on it, purposely skip. I would be too afraid of doing permanent damage to my body for one night.

Re: is this safe.....
Its absolutely safe. My doc taught me how to do it, and while its so rare that I actually do, its relaxing to know you wont have to worry about it. The best part is, that if you skip, at least for me, I end up a week ahead for good, so you may only have to do it once :)
