Is this Sketchy??

A friend and neighbor of mine works at a hair salon - I used to get my hair colored by her and whenever I had a party to go to she'd do a lil updo for me. But I don't love the way she does updos. I found a girl who came recommended, she did my cousin & my friends hair for their weddings but.....she works at the same salon as my friend. Is it messed up to get my hair done by her, like walk in and be like 'Hey, yea I'm not using you!' I'm kinda nervous about it but I really don't wanna use her but don't want to hurt her feelings at all!

I don't know if i'd be able to do it. i've been going to my girl since i started going to salons 10 years ago.

I got my hair cut by someone else once (in another salon because it was an emergency, and i felt bad).

This may just be me though.

Its tough but not at the same time.

Its your wedding and you want to look and feel faboulous. Im pretty sure she will understand if any thing just say that they told you she was booked.

The trial is at the salon and my friend works weekends when they do trials. The day of we'll be at my house...she is invited to my wedding too, does that make it even worse???

I would probably try to find someone else but if you really want the other girl I would tell the 1st one that you didn't want to bother her since she is a guest at your wedding

Yeesh...I would steer clear of all of them and find a totaly outside person..Try Jenn The Hair Genie she is fabulous!!!
