of course I know the song, but reading the words you just posted really makes it sounds like a perfect father/daughter song! Good job thinking of it!

Something I want to do is list the lyrics for all the special songs we're playing at all the tables at our reception so our guests can read the words to the songs. Maybe that's something you can do to drive home the meaning behind your special dance songs, too? Just an idea... but I really think those words would be really nice for a song to dance with your dad to!

I love that song. Its really powerful... BUT I hear it at alot of funerals.. maybe thats just ones Ive been to?

That would be my only hesitation in using it.. that many people associate it with sad times?
