Is this super cheesy and totally unnecessary?

I am an English teacher, and therefore a lover of poetry...I was thinking of taking a bunch of classic love poems and using them as the backdrop of each table number. Each table would have a different poem, and the number would be over it or somehow placed on it. Is this really unnecessary, and a huge waste of time? What do you girl think, HONESTLY! lol

i love the idea! but maybe a whole poem would be too hard to read for everyone at the table - so maybe just the most poignant stanza or your fave phrase from each?

i think its a nice idea..i did something similar but used love quotes from movies.

I love the idea but most table #s are 5x7...would the poems be too small to read? Maybe a favorite stanza from each poem would be better. JMO!!

i think its a nice idea but unnecssary. if you make it big enough for people to read i think its really personal

our table numbers were a really big hit, so apparently people noticed them
