I don't think so, but I know how you might be feeling. I registered at Fortunoff's and if you sign up on The Wedding Channel, they automatically put your registry up if it's with one of the companies affiliated with them. That really bothered me b/c I felt as if it might look like I was saying here in your face buy me gifts.

Ooooohhh..I've been going back and forth with FH about this! It's nice to hear what other people think.

Somewhat related question for those with web sites: how do you let your guests know about it? Do you send them an email with the link? Put it in your invites?

Nope...not at all. I have a link to the registry on my webpage....that's what the webpage is for! But honestly...I don't think anyone other than my mother has visited it!

Not at all. We have links to our registries on our website.

We put the website address on our save the dates so they can get hotel info and info about LI if they are from out of town.

definitely not. it's the perfect way to get the word out. i put it on our wedsite.
