Is this tacky?

For my RSVPs, does this example seem tacky or confusing?

We have reserved two seats in your honor

____ of two guests will attend with pleasure
(fill in the blank with either one or two guests)

____ must decline with regret

I don't think it's tacky, my cards will be done very similarly.

However, my suggestion would be to omit the with pleasure and with regret, because it seems a bit wordy for this type of rsvp.

I was going to do something similar but some of my invites are for 1 person, 2 people and families so I couldn't do that.

we did:

___ accept with pleasure
___ of 1/2/etc will attend

___ decline with regret


so far i havent heard any complaints
