Is this tacky?!?!?

Is this tacky?!?!?

Ok so I did a hotel block for the wedding and in the invitation I said that a shuttle service would be provided to and from the reception. I already had a limo set up to take us and the bridal party/our immediate families back to the hotel. Fast forward to now where only 7 rooms are reserved in our block 1 room of which is for FH's aunt and uncle who are the only people not in the bridal party staying at the hotel. So I have two options of covering these 2 people with a shuttle service in both options I am just going to include them in the limo we already
booked to take the bridal party back to the hotel.

Option #1 pay $120 for extra time on the bridal party limo bus to go to the hotel after we are dropped off at the rh. (So 2 people on a 25 passenger bus)

Option #2 call the hotel and ask for the name and number of a local taxi service and find out the amount for the fare. We would then give FH's aunt and uncle the taxi company info and the money for the fare and a tip.

I don't want to be tacky or cheap but I can't seem to rationalize spending $120 for two people to take a 7 minute car ride.

So is it tacky to give them the cab fare??????

Not tacky, but from my experience, a bunch of people booked hotel rooms last minute for our wedding. And the hotel even granted them the group rate (which I didn't expect, nor care about bc they were late). But in the end, we had at least 5 rooms booked within the week of the wedding.

Thanks for the advice, I am going to wait to see where we are at with rooms right before.

For 7 minutes, maybe just have a family member or friend pick them up?

I think sending the bus back is just too much money, but if you are worried about having to give them cab fare (as in it being 'tacky') then maybe you can pre-pay the car service? Like go the day or two before and settle it so they just need to be picked up and dropped off.
