Is uplighting for $500 and gobo for $250 too much money?

I think ours was $200 for the gobo. No idea about uplighting though.

Gobo sounds a little high - i think ours was $100 but in the end they threw it in for free.

Not sure about uplighting though since we didnt do that.

Thanks girls I saw uplighting in my room during an afternoon wedding and now I want it!!!!!!!!!!!!

the two quotes i got for uplighting were: 1,000 & 1,200 so what youre getting sounds great

is it for the entire room though or just half of it?

I want to say roughly we are paying $1450 but that includes uplighting for the entire room plus we upgraded to their fancy DJ booth which also lights up and I think we have 2 towers as well - so I am not exactly sure what the uplighting cost by itself.

The owner said 10 lights, we got a great deal for a dj and mc from him for $995, I did want it to be budget friendly, but now I really want the lighting!!!!!!! In total that would almost be $1800 isn't that alot?
