Ok...so I am sure you read my last few posts about my BM's not wanting to spend the money to get hair and make-up done. I understand this being they are all college students. However, my hair and make-up artists have a 3 person min. each. My mom and I are obviously both getting our hair and make-up done. Do you think it is too much of me to ask that the girls choose one, either hair or make-up to get done and I will give them $50 towards it as part of their BM gift? Make-up is $65, so it would only cost them $15. Hair is $80 so it would cost them $30. I can't afford to pay for it all being I already spent $100 on each of them for their gifts.

I think maybe the best thing to do would be to present the idea to them and see how they feel. It sounds fair to me, as long as you are giving them the choice between one or the other.
It doesn't sound like too much to me, but everybody has their own price for these things.

How about covering the full cost for your MOH?
I wouldnt' ask anyone to put $15 toward makeup or $30 toward hair. At that point, you may as well just cover the cost.
