There are a few girls on here that I have recently been thinking about inviting to my wedding because they have been such an enormous help to me with the wedding and NW stuff, BUT i have never really met them. Does anyone else feel this way and are you inviting them????

omg! i know! there are SO many girls on here who i have met and some who i have not met but they have been so awesome-- i want to invite everyone but i have to keep it pretty reasonable though b/c it's just crazy $$$...
so i had to limit it to people i see a lot-- be it at g2g's, bridal shows, etc etc... and those that i reguarly talk to...
but i'm so happy i have this site-- a friend that i made on here is now going to be one of my BM's!

NO IT'S NOT WEIRD!!!!!!!!!
just look at the 2006 board--MANY MANY Girls became sooo close on there, they were members of the BP!
i was a member of the knot long before i was on here, and 4 girls (and their DH/FH's) will be invited to my wedding from there.
and at least 1 couple from here will be invited to my wedding! you become close with girls on here and form friendships, so why not??
don't feel bad. put them on 'B' lists in case your list gets tight, cause really, whose gonna understand better than a fellow bride that you might have to change things at the last minute!

Thats so nice!!!! I want to meet everyone and I just feel like a lot of these girls have helped me in ways they dont even know and I am inviting people that havent helped me at all so why shouldnt I invite the ones who have truly helped me and been there..even if it is on a website!!!

if i didn't have such a long list, i would totally wanna invite ALL of my 07er's. cuz if you think about it, you girls have been with me thru the whole planning process. and i would love for you girls to be there for the final product!

I think I was just neerveous that they might think its weird for me to be inviting them when we havent even met, even tho I hope to meet everyone before JUNE!!! Lol

not weird at all! Not THESE girls! Everyone is so kind and helpful and i think ALOT of the girls here made such good friends and are all inviting other LIW girls.. if you look at past brides albums you'll see pics of them 'with my fellow LIW bride' !!!!!

Weird not at all! If money is tight have them come to your shower...or you Bach. party! I have only been on here for 2 weeks and I don't have this much support from my 'friends'. Thank you LIW gals! Anytime anyone wants to come to sunny Florida let me know!

let me just say.. I have made some unbelievable friendships on here. I am inviting some of the girls I have met through here... just so happens a couple of them.. we were connected through mutual friends and didn't even know it so I believe we were meant to be friends.. ok not gonna get all sappy on ya now.. I am just so happy to have met such wonderful girlies!

Nope, not weird at all. We're here quite often and as such, we make friendships with people who understand exactly what we're going through - we identify with each other, so no, not weird.
Here's to more friendships!

I have indeed met some wonderful people here, but things change. I do have to say though.... that I do have a few girls whom are VERY REAL coming to my wedding. So NO your NOT crazy! If you can afford it, go for it.

Also..if $$ does not allow...it is always great, and okay, to invite them to the ceremony. Plenty of girls on here ask the girls to come to the ceremony..so you can see the bride and take pics.

I dont thibk its weird.. If it keeps up with all the VERY REAL friends me & fh have made on here , well we will probably have a LIW table .. LOL
But like nina said , if you cannot alllow that in your budget , there is always the cermony ,, Thats the sacriment of marriage anyways , not the after party !!!! ,,,
