I was talking to my FSIL about what she tipped everyone (Especially her photo, because we have the same one). And she said she tipped his assistant , but not the photographer because hes the actual owner of the place so hes making plenty money off of this as is.
Is that weird?

Normally you should not tip the owner.....however..........I feel if you are really happy with the service they provided, why not tip them also. Everyone likes a little X-Tra $$$$

I asked my DOC about this, because I had heard that if someone owns the company you don't have to tip them. She told me that normally, no you wouldn't. However for things like photog and videog she recommends it because they are the ONLY vendors you have to deal with after the wedding.

I didnt even know you had to tip the photog/videog. my Photographer is already charging me extra bc I want them to go to the grooms house before the church too.
