he he he...my FH used to have one and actually used it when he commuted on th train. Depends if you think you will be comfortable like that. Did not work for me. I felt like I had a neck brace on.

it depends on how much you are going to use it. If you commute on the train, and its comfortable, then yes. If you travel by plane once a year then I say no!

We were desperate for it on our flight to Vegas. We bought them for the way home and they were great!

I dont like the inflatable ones b/c they make that plasticy noise which negates any possible benefit from the support you get.
They have fancy ones that are like real pillows (but more $$) but you cant fold them up small enough to convince me to buy one nad carry it around with me on trips.

We almost did this Sunday in San Diego but did not. My neck is messed up from the plane..off to the chiropractor now.
I fly 3-5 times a year, so I may get it.

I bought one for our trips to Italy and honestly, they never make it out of my bag.... They just aren't that comfy....

we have a ton of them...I use them in the car on long trips...b/c we have turbo in our car...and i feel like I get whiplash when DH drives...
and on planes...its great...b/c your head sits straight and doesn't get all cramped up...

I have one, I bought it when we drove down to Florida a couple years ago. It was very comfy. It is going to come in handy again when we make the big trek cross-country on our honeymoon!!

DH uses the inflatable ones with the removable fleece cover when he travels. The pillows filled w/buckwheat take up too much room.

My mother travels alot and she swears by them. She even bought one for my son for when he sleeps in the car.
