i am only having a MOH and best man. no other bridal party.
is it wrong for me to book a limo just for FH and me and let them take their own cars to and from church and RH?

I am only having MOH and BM as well.
I am also only getting a car for FH and I. My wedding party will most likley ride with their husband/wife to the reception. They're aware of this and fine with it.

i was thinking of just having us two since we wont really have that much time alone during the reception.
plus i was thinking of one of those old cars, like a rolls royce or something that only fits a couple of people.

I don't think it is wrong, if they have their own cars. it's only 2 of them and it makes no sense booking a limo or car for just 2 people. you should enjoy your time alone with your FH in your own limo.

I'm not having a BP either. What I was going to do was get one limo and a car. Have the car take my Dad and I to the church, the limo take my sis, his bro and my mom to the church. Then a fter the church, take all of us in the limo. Thats what I was thinking. Now that I'm 'saying' this out loud, not sure if this will work out!

I don't think it is rude but what about just getting a lincoln town car.
I am getting married at my reception hall. I am paying for our BP to stay in a hotel that is very very close.
Therfore, I am not getting limos at all. My friend owns a limo company so we will just borrow it to take pictures only.

I may be having only a MH and BM but since we are going in one of the older style cars that just fits us, we are paying to get them their own limo as I feel it's only fair...but that's me.

Re: is this wrong or rude?
i would still get them a car, doesnt have to be a grand stretch limo but a town car or something
Nope, nothing wrong with it. We are not doing LIMOS at all so everyone is on their own...

We're only having an MOH and BM, but I'm going to get a limo from church to the RH for them, my mom, dad's sisters and brothers and their spouses, and my mom's sister and brother in law.

I would check with them first and make sure they would have a way to get to and from the reception and that they would be ok with it. You know them better than us- are they the type that would make a big fuss out of something small? You can always get them a car as well.

they are both pretty drama free thank goodness. no matter what, i wouldnt be gettting the limo for the ride home, only to get from church to RH. (y am i going to pay for a limo to sit outside?) its not really important to me, only for pics outside the church.
so it makes sense for them to take their own cars. MOH's husband (my bro) is going to be driving his car and best man (Brother in law) has to drive FH and parents to the church anyway.
