Mine did not include, but he said to just do the 8.75% to get an estimate, and that they do not do tax until the final bill because things can change between now and then.

But what do I say? I went about a month ago! Im not the haggling type!

I would suggest checking another florst. Take the pic of the CP you want and show it to that florist and see what price quote he will give you... #1 if your willing to pay cash they should NOT charge you tax, thats just a courtesy that ANY businessman/woman knows... If shes not willing to help you out AT ALL and go down with her prices I mean thats just bad business especially that shes charging you tax...

I would say call her and lay it out for her. You can say you went to another florist whose willing to do it for $4200 (or $4000 whateva your more comfortable with) flat rate no tax and you really like her and would prefer to work with her so bottom line what is she willing to do for you? You understand shes running a business but she has to understand your on a budget. So she should do 1 of 2 things... Come down in price OR at the very least NOT charge you tax... And 1 last option is she should suggest to you how to cut costs...
