If so, where did they rent them from? Will a reg tux place also have suits? I'm clueless and FH is too lazy to research on his own

This is what we want to do. Jim's Formalwear has suits online and then if you type in your zip, they will tell your shops nearby that carry them.

thank you so much! Bonaventure is right near us and I know I've heard of them on here I think I just designed the perfect suit for us... FH doesnt know it but he might just dragged to the store today if he ever wakes up

FH would not wear a tux so we went with a suit. We actually decided to buy him a suit cause he is very picky. We actually ended up spending about as much as you would pay for a rental. So also keep that in mind. :)

How much was a rental? I would hope it would at least be cheaper than a tux rental We're going with tan suits so Im not sure how many times FH would wear it again...

How much did they end up costing? I see they have a deal where 7+ tuxes and you get 2 free... does that apply to suits as well?

Sorry I didn't actually price a rental. Just going by what my bro has paid for tux rentals before. The suit actually ran us $200 at Macys.

DH bought a suit - the guys rented tuxes
DH didnt want to rent the outfit he'd be wearing for his wedding.....i think its kind of funny that grooms rent tuxedos and the bride searches for the perfect dress and then spend serious money on it while the guy is wearing the same pants some other dude wore the week before its kind of funny when you think about it like that hahaha
But anyway, a lot of tux places DH looked in had suits too, not sure if they were for rent or sale though.....DH ended up getting a 3 piece Hugo Boss suit which was really nice, I thought he looked great in it....
I love suits - especially for summer weddings!

we just went on friday actually to esquire tuxedos in merrick. We are doing tan suits also, and the price is $130 to rent (FH is free) and the dad's were like half price. We worked with Mike, he is great and so nice and helpful!!!! we were thinking of buying, but the tan suits here were really nice, and good quality.

If you DH bought a suit, what kind of tuxes did the guys wear that would look good. This is a hugh dilema with my FH. He wants to buy a suit, but everywhere he reads, its says if its a formal affair, they should wear a tux. Also, you husband bought a 3 piece suit? TIA.
Edit because I just realized that you DH did buy a 3 peice suit.
