I'm using cherry blossoms, orchids, and calla lilies for my wedding. My florist is going to charge me $25 per bag for my petal cones. Is this normal?
I was told that since I have no roses for my wedding, there will be no 'leftover' rose petals.

That sounds right about the fact that you didn't order the roses and she's charging you. (The price sounds ok) My florist is giving us our for free b/c when she 'cleans' the roses, those are the petals she will use.
