Is your photographer bringing other people (helpers)

if so, how many.

I assume you feed them all, right?

I will be having 4 people total in the photo/video department, 1 lead photog, a 2nd photog, a photog assistant, and a videographer.

You do not NEED to feed anyone, but I absolutely am, and don't feel it is right to not. Just my personal opinion. My father does weddings sometimes when he plays with bands and stuffs freelancing, and sometimes the musicians aren't fed, and I think that's just poor taste.

Yes, a 2nd photog and an assistant - we will feed them all of course!

No, my photog isn't. We have a separate videographer. We will be feeding our DJ and MC, Photog, and Videographer.

I am just having the photographer and videographer.... we will be feeding all of our vendors that will be there like the photo, video, & dj.

My photographer will be bringing an assistant. We are not doing any videography (by choice).

Our photographer's contract (which I'm mailing back today, actually) states we must feed him. Our venue does 1/2 price for vendors, so it's no big deal. Plus we're doing a buffet, which makes it even easier.

It actually says in our contract if we don't feed him, we are to assume he will leave for an hour in the middle to get his own food. Could you imagine??

Lol, yup! I guess he's been in situations where he'd work 8 hours and no food was provided for him, which is sick and unreasonable. So he puts it in there. He's a great guy, so I'm not worried about it. But it's pretty funny!

I have two coming and if it isn't in their contract that you will feed them, you do not have to. My DJ's on the other hand put it in their contract that you must feed both of them, so check the contracts with all of your vendors.

I will certainly offer them food since it's such a long day though.

I am having a photographer, photog's assistant and a videographer and I will be feeding them all. I think its pretty normal to feed the vendors who will be with you all day. My photog has it in her contract that we have to feed her and her assistant, but even if it wasn't in there I would feed them any way.
