Islands

Ok, so we're in major E-party mode this weekend. My parents, FH, & I are sitting on our porch and we need your help!

For the E-party, we want to have an island replica for when the guests to the place. There's a big outdoor area, so we'll have it there. Basically we need something that we can have sand in the middle and then water surrounding it. But what kind of contraption would be suitable for this???

We're going to put little chairs & umbrellas on the sand.

you can get two outdoor pools. one big one, one small one. the small one put the sand. the big one the water.

and then I just said that someone else suggested it and they were all 'ooo! good idea!'

where are you having this anyway? can you just put stuff out on the lawn somewhere?

another idea would just be to get some blue tarp, cut it in a circle/oval shape....then just load up sand on top. it will probably be easier (i woudl think) to clean...since you can just roll up the tarp and throw it out.

We're having it at the Amity Harbor Beach & Civic Assocation. There's a big lawn and a big deck, so we have lots of room for it outside!
