Islip Area Girls Who Are Looking for a Gym for Classes
I just wanted to share because I know we are always looking for gyms on this site and I was so excited by this.
There is a new gym in EI that opened over the summer for classes and training (with a trainer) only. This fall it is expanding to having more classes. The instructors there so far are great. I love Heather who does Kickboxing and Zumba, and the owner Debbie's Body Sculpt Class is amazing. Right now night classes are a little limited but according to Debbie they are adding more instructors and classes in October with more 7 & 8pm classes. Most importantly its an unbelievable deal. I figured out that based on the 3 month membership fee if I do 8 classes a month it averages to about $6 a class. Which I think is unbelievable. The new gym is on Main Street in East Islip between St. Mary's and the CVS Plaza. It's called Bodies FX.
Anyhow I just wanted to share in case I could help out anyone looking for a local gym. FM me if you want details.
