Islip, East Islip, and Islip Terrace are all supposed to be good areas right?

Yes, EI schools are very good.... I know this house.
It's on Connetquot Ave - a very busy road. From Sunrise Hwy, take Connetquot North just past the first light (I think, not 100% sure) and it's on the right - East side - of the road.
The grade school is on the same road a bit south of the house at that light I mentioned above (I think it's Manhatten).

We used to have an apt. in a house on Connetquot Road. It is a very busy road- not the nicest area.

I find it odd that they use a picture that is almost 2.5 years old.

Do you guys know you can see updated and aerial photos on
www.mynassauproperty.com ?
You put in the address and you get the assessment, taxes, floor plan, aerials, it's great. They recently updated the site so if you haven't been on lately you may want to check it out...

On the Right Hand side of the page says Satelite. Click that
Then enter the street address if you know it - or Connetquot Ave if you don't.
Move North up Connetquot and you will see the school.... go a little more north and you will see a side road that makes a bend and meets Connetquot (the road heads North South, then bends towards the West ) The house you are looking at is the 2nd one from that intersection on the right (East) side.
The first house is brick with the big brick garage next to it.

East Islip schools are great...one of my sister's in-laws works in that district and it is VERY hard to get a job there! They are very picky about teachers' credentials.
