It finally happened in little Lancaster County!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For those of you, with ties to Lancaster County, along with other stores, which were threatened with bombs, last week, if they didn't meet the callers demands, two Weis Markets, one in Gap, and one at Kendig Square(Willow Street), were added to the list , today!!! The Gap customers were told to sit on the floor, and money was to be put in one of the aisles, but it was never picked up!!

omg!!!!!!! That's terrible I was just there this summer & I love it there, it seems like such a peaceful place but it just shows that things like that can happen anywhere... so sad.

What places did you especially like?I've lived here all my life, but I haven't checked out all that the area offers. Our three adult kids had, in earlier days, worked in many tourist related jobs. Debi was a tour guide at Amish Village. If anyone has questions about the Amish, please feel free to ask. I'm married to an ex-Amishman, and most of his family are still Amish. Mary

?????????????????????????????? I don't plan to let these people keep me from shopping at Wal-Mart, or any other store!! I haven't heard the news yet today, but the FBI thought many of these incidents across the US, were precipitated by someone in Portugal? However, some have been copycat, and one individual was arrested last week.

That is just terrible and very frightening. I do not know what I would have done if I was in those stores when it happened.....
