It is official today is the WORST day ever

OK well for those of you had read my tooth has been bothering me. My face was all swollen this morning when i woke up. well i had it chcked out and it isnt the tooth with the root canal it is the tooth in front of it! Supposedly it has a hairline fracture up the middle of the tooth. It is the 4th tooth in from the front of my teeth and u do see it when i smile. Well it needs to be extracted and he said it needs an implant! well this is a 6 month process and for the wedding there will be a post and a temporary tooth!

I was hysterically crying after seeing the dentist in the waiting room while writing the check out. THey(receptionists) were trying to be nice like asking me questions about the wedding and it was making it worse

I am on anitbiotic to get this swelling down and i go back in thurs for an evaluation

but he said he is def leaning towards need to be extracted

THIS IS THE WORST DAY EVER! And i feel like it is going to ruin the biggest day of my life

Atleast this is not happening in July Things will get better!

oh gosh hunnie dont be sooo upset, first of all please feel better and get the tooth taken care of, cause the sooner its out the quicker u will feel better, and please dont worry that the tooth on ur wedding day will not be ur permanent tooth, they match it EXACTLY and then after ur big day u can get the real one put in, better to do it now then to be in sooo much pain b4 the wedding, and in ur pics i promise promise promise u wont even kno the difference AND u wont be in pain or swollen from a fake tooth...

many dont be sad, its just a tooth, it def wont interfere with one fo the greatest days of ur life

I did try on my wedding dress today it came in a few days ago...but i was still upset cuz i was looking at my swollen face UGH

yes i am thankful for at least that!!!! o god imagine!

Trust me, better this happens now and not later!!!

Plus better to have a temporary tooth in the day of the wedding than leaving it in and being in pain!!!

I'm so sorry!!!!! If it makes you feel any better, my FH just went through this whole process himself. He had to get one of the teeth in the front (3rd one from his front right tooth) from an old injury that started causing trouble. When they put the temporary tooth in before the implant, you honestly could not tell when he smiled. I know it's upsetting but it will get better.

I'm so sorry!!!!! If it makes you feel any better, my FH just went through this whole process himself. That made me feel better!! I have been just afraid cuz my bro went thru the process and his temp fell out but then again he was like really chewing with it..i would be more careful. I am also concerned with when we go on the HM. I am so far away from home if something happens.

Awwww.... I am so sorry!!! N one ewill notice the tooth, and you'll be in Hawaii, so if anything does happen, the medical care is not 3rd world or anything!! I guess the silver lining is that this happened now, instead of in July... but I sill feel for you!!

I totally agree!! You are going to be a beautiful and your teeth are going to be the furthest thing from your mind that day!! Relax and don't stress. everything's gonna be fine!

I am coming to terms with it now. I just wish this swelling would go down. MY left side of my face looks like i am storing nuts for the winter

What a sense of humor....the swelling will go down and you will be all healed by the time you time the knot with your lucky man. Keep your head up and if you need anything FM me!! Feel better hun
