The daily news article
Wife to pop star: No mas
Latin heartthrob Marc Anthony, who topped the charts with his hit 'I Need to Know,' now knows his 3-1/2-year marriage to ex-Miss Universe Dayanara Torres really is finito.
Torres, 29, filed for dissolution of the union, which she called 'irretrievably broken,' on Jan. 20 in Miami-Dade County, Fla., People.com reported yesterday.
She's seeking alimony and child support for their two sons - Cristian, 2, and Ryan, 5 months.
Torres and the 35-year-old Anthony had renewed their vows in a lavish Puerto Rican ceremony in December 2002 after a brief separation.
Rumors that things were again going downhill began surfacing earlier this month.
