My wedding ring AND my dress arrived yesterday! Yay!
The only thing is RK Bridal won't let me go look at it until the end of the month because supposedly I need to make an appointment just to freaking pick up the dress and take it home (I don't want to get my alterations done there). Does anyone know how I can get around this so that I don't have to wait until September 27th to see my dress?

Just call them and tell them you want to pick the dress up it's yours...you paid for it! lol

That's what I tried to do and they were like 'You have to try it on and meet with a seamstress.' I told them I just wanted to take it home and I didn't want to get my alterations done there and they still wouldn't change their mind.

I'd give helll and demand it! You paid for it, it's yours, you don't need to meet with a seamstress if you are not having alterations done there.
Wait...maybe they have a policy or something so if anything is wrong with the dress someone is there to see it/correct it? IDK, but in any case, I'd want my dress!

why can't u make an appt sooner? why the end of the month? Demand an appt for as soon as possible!!!!!!
